Which one is best for you? Well, it depends on how you want to use it, but we can tell you how we like to use them.
We like to use the biggest bottle when we play sports, as shown in Figure 1. We found it easier to pour water smoothly and gulp water while also keeping the water from splashing in your face.
For sipping at work or in the car, we like to use a straw to drink, as shown in Figure 9-16.
For morning coffee and tea, we prefer to use a 2.3 lid and a smaller lid, such as a 17-18.
